The hotel was fine. Booked.net is the problem! They bold face lie when they tell you that your card will not be charged for just holding the room. They immediately charged us and we could have gotten the same room for half the price if we hadn't used Booked.net

I liked the fact that the TV was tuned to CNN, (not Fox News) during the breakfast. For Democrats (50% of the American public), Fox News is a total turnoff! Sadly, most public spaces in South Carolina had Fox News on.

Lovely welcoming place, I liked competent personnel.
Units with a free hot breakfast. The service was outstanding in my opinion. There also was good parking and nice pool. Location: the hotel was close to Manning, South Carolina sometime in the early evening, the best restaurant MAriachi, and the Hampton. The lunch in Shoney's a short way from the property had every choice imaginable.

The bed was comfy and the room was clean for the most part. I liked the size-it was pretty spacious. I found some dust around the edges and the carpet didn't feel great underfoot. The breakfast was decent, nice. It had its ups and downs, but nothing too terrible.

Location & breakfast
Internet VERY important. Could not get on it. Front desk no help, gave me a card to call for assistance. Assistance unable to help me. Said a tech would come to my room to help. Tech never showed up

Staying at the hampton inn was a great experience. The location is perfect, right off I-95. The room was spacious, and i particularly liked the friendly housekeeping staff-we felt very welcomed! The outdoor pool was also a nice touch for relaxation .

The staff was attentive and made check-in easy. Room cleanliness exceeded my expectations, and the comfortable bedding ensured a good night's sleep.
